What is the return policy?

 

You may return items to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping fees apply based on your location. If your refund qualifies under our refund policy, you will receive a full refund (excluding initial shipping costs).

  • All products must be returned in their original condition, including the product, tags, accessories, freebies, and original packaging to ensure safe transit.
  • Returns without the original outer packaging box may be refused. Damaged items will be returned to the customer.
  • If your return request is not approved, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
  • Please note: Only one return label can be generated per order. If your order arrived in multiple packages, we recommend waiting until all items are available before processing the return.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds if returned items lack original tags, gifts, or packaging.
  • This policy safeguards product quality and authenticity. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this return policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining our highest product standards.

What happens if I return items after the 14-day return policy?

 

We will not accept your return, and our return label will not be sent to you. A refund will not be credited to your account.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of receipt and approval or rejection of your refund.

When you start the return process, if you choose to receive a refund to your original payment method, we'll deduct $30.00 from the credit you'll receive to cover return shipping costs when using our return label. If the return is our fault,we'll cover this charge. Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price. How long does it take to process my return?

 

It can take up to 15-20 business days to receive and process your return. Once your return is received and inspected,we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.
